The Ural Federal University (URFU) recently received a "AA" rating from the Academic Ranking of World Universities - European Standard, ranking ninth among Russian universities.

"Occupying ninth place, we have confirmed the high level of education and research we offer as we ended up in the company of colleagues - the leading universities in the country."
